If you weren't already aware, social media is here to stay! However, businesses are still struggling with transitioning and leveraging it to reach customers. This is especially difficulty when a new social media empire is developed daily. Its a game, kind of like chess but with millions of pieces. Businesses need to sort through the pieces and find the key pieces, the King, Queen etc. Once they do, they can take over the game!
